Our lines are born from the experience of years of collaboration with our customers and observation of production processes, and are focused on offering the best solution for each product and process. We rely on specialists in the sector for new ideas, to exploit and make the best use of our mixes and flours, so as to give professionals brand new recipes to apply in their laboratories and kitchens.

The Braga Academy is a space where Molino Braga and the best masters of the bakery, pizzeria, restaurant and pastry sectors think about and prepare for the future.

On these occasions the Masters and teachers of the Art of baking bring their experience of years of excellence to the craftsman, who has the opportunity to deepen and improve the performance of his business, and discover the perfect way to use our range of products.

At their disposal we have designed and created a workshop within a truly new showroom, where their creativity can give only the best.

In the showroom we organise training courses and presentations of new Braga products as well as brain storming, video recipes, tutorials, and much more, aimed at the world of professionals.

It is composed of two workshops:

  • The crafts workshop:
    offers useful courses to think about new products and new ways to produce them.
  • The marketing & management workshop:studies courses in which it is possible to perfect the way of managing the business and being in the business.
